We are Stephen and Suzann Kitchens. We opened Roofix, Inc. on January 1, 1998. We’ve been involved in the roofing business since 1982, being in the construction industry since 1978. We are sincerely interested in providing any type of roof service you may need including but not limited to new roof installations, various reroofing options, roof leak repairs, annual or semi-annual maintenance inspections, repairs and/or flashing work required for the installation or removal of roof-top equipment, pipes, pitch pans, etc....

With many contractors out there, we must “be the hero” to our customers to guarantee they call us before considering anyone else. We believe in providing our customers with the absolute highest level of customer service and expertise because this is what built our business. When some contractors pitch a new roof system to their prospective customer they describe “how long this system has been around” and “how long the materials should last”. As soon as that roof system develops any type of a problem or leakage, these contractors want to sell another “long term” roof system. We want the customer to get as many years of service out of a roof system as they expected and paid for. At Roofix, Inc. we don’t believe in replacing the roof until the customer is ready. All my life I’ve first considered “how to repair a broken item” versus going out and buying a new one. It seems these days most everything is considered disposable, not repairable. We pride ourselves in finding leaks that no one else can.
